Joint pains usually start coming with aging, however, malnutrition can also be a cause of joint pains. We speak of two ways in which lemon peel can give you relief from joint pains.

The first method is a simple one. Grind the lemon peel of one or two lemons and apply it directly to the places of joint pains. Leave it like that for a couple of hours and after some time you will start to feel the relief. It can be used for elderly patients too because they commonly suffer from these types of pains.
For the second method, you will need two lemons, eucalyptus leaves, and olive oil. Peel off the lemons put the lemon peel in a glass jar and pour some olive oil until the lemons are completely covered. Thereafter, add the eucalyptus leaves in it too. Close the jar shut, store it in a dark and cool place for two weeks. After two weeks are over, you can take a cloth, soak it in the mixture and apply it to the places where you feel the pains.
Lemon peel can be very effective in giving relief from joint pains. However, it's advised to seek the help of a doctor if the pain continues to persist and follow his instructions that they deem necessary.
